Jessica Alba recently used her creative skills to design a t-shirt for charity. The "Spread The Love" t-shirts are each personally designed by a different celebrity, to benefit the charity of their choice.
Alba enjoyed not only the opportunity to create her own artwork for the shirt, but also the fact that she got to choose the charity it's proceeds would benefit. Alba's charity is the StepUp Women's network.
The Spread the Love line was born of a desire to help charity, while also allowing a fun way to showcase the charities they support. The charity has had numerous celebrities, including Jessica Alba, Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens, Raven Symone, and Alyssa Milano design their own t-shirts.
At a cost of about $50.00 each, the buyer of the shirts gets not only a great fashion statement, designed by their favorite celebrity, but also the satisfaction of knowing their money is going to help a worthy cause.
