Rihanna took a trip out of her busy schedule to visit the sick children at St. Vincent's Pediatric Hospital in New York City. December 19 was a special day for these children as they got a chance to see the famous pop star up close.

Charity work is not new to Rihanna, as she has used her celebrity generated wealth for good causes, founding the Believe Foundation to help terminally ill patients. Nice job, girl. It's refreshing to see famous people who are sincerely kind.
