Christian Bale recently held a charity event for a special screening of The Dark Knight. Proceeds of the event went to the Kanoe 4 Kids foundation in Australia, which supports the Make a Wish foundation.

The Make A Wish foundation does so much important work that helps kids throughout the world. He has shown time and time again that he is a skilled artist who delivers amazing performances on the screen. It is so good to see celebrities helping bring awareness to causes such as this.

• Kanoe 4 Kids: Until December 9th, Principal & Senior Residential Finance Specialist of Money Advisers Unley, Scott Matthews, will be paddling the entirety of the River Murray in a kayak. His journey, supported by clients and friends will cover 2,250 kilometres with two goals - to raise $100,000 for Make-A-Wish® Australia and to raise awareness of the services of Make-A-Wish®
